X FACTOR US 2011: TOP 10 REVIEW

Some rocked the night, but some didn't. Who did their best for me? Keep reading...
  1. Astro - "I'll be Missing You" by Puff Daddy - I think he was singing for his mom, and I really loved his performance. This kid is just proving it to everyone that even rappers his age can do it. He's worthy of staying and I want him to stay until the end. Every week is an improvement, and he just hit it this week!
  2. Josh Krajcik - "The Pretender" by The Foo Fighters - one of the best performances of the night. I can't believe that it was him singing, I know he can do a good job everytime he takes on the stage but I never knew that he'll be extra great tonight. YOU ROCK JOSH!
  3. Rachel Crow - "(I Can't Get No) Staisfaction" by The Rolling Stones - another energetic performance from the youngest contestant of the show. I really enjoyed it, and I never thought that she would deliver it beautifully, but she did, and I really loved it.
  4. Chris Rene - "No Woman, No Cry" by Bob Marley & The Wailers - I finally enjoyed Chris Rene, that's what I've been looking for the whole time, a performance that would make you stand up and dance with the music. Really great job, I think he'll definitely be safe this week.
  5. Lakoda Rayne - "Go Your Own Way" by Fleetwood Mac - these girls rocked it tonight. I thi nk they'll be safe tomorrow, they have to be safe, because I can say, from the past weeks of X Factor, America is trippin' for voting some of those who aren't as awesome as this girl-group and the other two groups eliminated.
  6. Melanie Amaro - "Everybody Hurts" by R.E.M. - this is not Melanie's best performance, but it was still good. Everytime she sings, my world just stops and it makes me just wanna watch her. She has the biggest chances of winning the competition so far.
  7. LeRoy Bell - "We've Got Tonight" by Bob Seger - the performance was cool, but I think he didn't shine like last week. I know he can do better than his performance, but I did enjoy it.
  8. Drew - "With or Without You" by U2 - I need to see something different, and that wasn't rock for me. Let's just hope she stays longer in the competition because she has something in her that makes me want her to stay longer.
  9. Stacy Francis - "It's All Coming Back to Me Now" by Celine Dion - I didn't enjoy the song, but the way she took it is gonna make her safe, but anyways, Stacy Francis is a good sionger, it's just the song choices.
  10. Marcus Canty - "Piece of My Heart" by Janis Joplin - good song choice by LA Reid, but not an awesome performance. I know you will notice that he's been in the bottom of my list the past few week, but that doesn't make me a racist. I just wanna see him perform the way he auditioned, and the way he performed during the first Live show.

X FACTOR USA TOP 11: REVIEW

Movie night is over, but that won't stop me from reviewing each contestant's performance.
  1. Rachel Crow - "I'd Rather Go Blind" - is she really 13? I love how she took on her performance, and I love the fact that she knows what she's doing by choosing that song. It was the best performance of the night and it will surely take her somewhere in the competition.
  2. Melanie Amaro - "Man in the Mirror" - it wasn't a really good song choice for her, that's what I think, but she did great, the performance, the delivery, and the connection she made would get anyone.
  3. Leroy Bell - "I Still Haven't FOund What I'm Lookin' For" - the song title doesn't say anything with what LeRoy did this week. He definitely, definitely found what he was looking for, and I'm glad that he rose from the competition this week, because last week, he was just dead. I don't mean that in a really bad way.
  4. Josh Krajcik - "With a Little Help From My Friends" - I love how he delivered his performance, and I'm sure that he will make it further in the competition.
  5. Astro - "Lose Yourself" - this kid is really talented, he writes his own songs, and I love how dedicated he is to what he's doing.
  6. Drew Ryniewicz - "Fix You" - she knows what she's doing, and she did good, but I want to see her take on risks sometimes.
  7. Lakoda Rayne - "Somebody Like You" - they're getting better and better in the competition, although they were in the bottom two this week, I really loved their performance and that made me think why? Why can't America just vote right?
  8. Chris Rene - "Gangsta's Paradise" - he did a good job, but it wasn't great, but I think his performance this week was way, way better than last week.
  9. Stacy Francis - "Queen of the Night" - it was a forgettable performance, but there's something in her that makes me love her. I wanna see her do more of the slow song swith high notes in them.
  10. Marcus Canty - "I'm Going Down" - another forgettable performance, he's just boring, I don't know, I'm still trying to look for that Marcus during the top 17 performances and the weeks before that.
  11. Stereo Hogzz - "Ain't No Other Man" - last week was a bad week for the Stereo Hogzz though they did an awesome job performing their song, but this week, they didn't do it for me, and they were eliminated. I wasn't looking forward to them being eliminated because it wouldn't be good to see other people who aren't better than them stay in the competition. Well, I hope they find their way in the music industry and be successful.
VOTE FOR THE GROUPS, YOU'RE NOT DOING A GOOD JOB!!!

X FACTOR USA TOP 12: SO INTENSE RESULTS NIGHT

The results show started with the highlights of the show last night.
They performed a Group Number, which is "Without You" by Usher and David Guetta, and they definitely did a good job. It was followed by a performance from Outa Sight with its debut single "Tonight is the Night" and did an awesome job.

The results were next, Marcus Canty, Drew Ryniewicz, Leroy Bell, Astro, Lakoda Rayne, Rachel Crow, Chris Rene, Josh Krajcik, Melanie Amaro, Stacy Francis are all safe. Two groups landed in the bottom two and they will be having the showdown.

The showdown was filled with emotions as The Stereo Hogzz sung for their lives with "Emotions", while the stage was filled up with the energy of all 10 kids, InTENsity sung "My Life Would Suck Without You."
The judges voted, Simon voted for Stereo Hogzz to be eliminated, while Nicole, LA, and Paula voted off InTENsity, and that wasn't a great result.

Just like what I said last night, InTENsity will be on the bottom two, but I never expected them to be voted off so early.
WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ABOUT THE JUDGES' DECISION? WHO WILL IT BE NEXT WEEK?

THE X FACTOR USA TOP 12: REVIEW

The top 12 just took on the stage, and delivered their performances. I'll be ranking them based on their performances and my opinions. The show was awesome tonight.
  1. Melanie Amaro - "Desperado" by the Eagles - she did a really, really good job delivering the song. I felt it, and I know she felt it, too. The performance lasted for less than 2 minutes but she had her moment up there, I'm glad Simon brought her back, because if he didn't, we wouldn't be able to hear her very beautiful voice. I love her!
  2. Rachel Crow - "Walking on SUnshine" by Katrina and the Waves - another very energetic song brought to us by the Rachel. However, the lyric change wasn't quite inviting, and that was what Nicole said, "You are my sunshine" is like Rachel is implying this to someone, like a guy.
  3. Astro - "Hip Hop Hooray" by Naughty by Nature/"Get Ur Freak On" by Missy Elliot - this kid has something in him that the others don't have. He is the best rapper of the show, and I know that he'll make it far. This kid is so talented!
  4. Josh Krajcik - "Jar of Hearts" by Christina Perri - that performance wass just awesome that I can't find another word better than awesome to describe it. Who would've thought that this guy could sing a female song? HE OWNED IT! And his performance made Nicole cry...
  5. Stacy Francis - "Up to the Mountain" by Patty Griffin - I saw her shine in this performance, and Nicole definitely picked the right song for her. It was a really great performance, and I know she will go on in the competition.
  6. InTENsity - "Kids in America" by Kim Wilde/"Party Rock Anthem" by YMCB - great, fun, awesome performance! I saw them perform the songs as one, no outshining or anything happened, and it was definitely awesome. Paula did a really good job picking those songs for them.
  7. Stereo Hogzz - "Rhythm Nation" by Janet Jackson - they were energetic, and they're becoming better and better every week. I think they really did a good job delivering the song, and they are really a part of "Rhythm Nation" If ever they will be in the bottom 2, I know they'll win the final showdown. I agree with Simon, there is not a band in the world which is as good as these guys.
  8. Drew Ryniewicz - "Just a Dream" by Nelly - she's young, and this is one of the songs she should really be singing. Simon did a great job picking a song for her. She definitely knows what she's doing, because I didn't see her change the way she takes on her songs.
  9. Lakoda Rayne - "Landslide" by Fleetwood Mac - They did an awesome job, and I have to agree with Simon that they had an improvement from their performance last week.
  10. Marcus Canty - "Nothin' on You" by BoB/"Every Little Step" by Bobby Brown - he was singhing the song, he was performing, but I'm not yet convinced by his performance. I am looking for something, and I think those weren't the right songs for him.
  11. Leroy Bell - "I'm Already There" by Lonestar - I have to agree with Simon and LA on this. The song wasn't right for Leroy, he has a good voice, and I know he'll make it through the competition if Nicole will pick the right songs for him.
  12. Chris Rene - "Superstar" by Delaney and Bonnie - he had a good voice, but I want something more from him. That's not his best performance yet, but let's just wait for it because it's gonna come sooner, I know that.
Based on how I see people vote, the contestants...
POSSIBLE TO BE ON THE SHOWDOWN are: Leroy Bell, InTENsity, Lakoda Rayne
KIND OF POSSIBLE TO BE ON THE SHOWDOWN are: Astro, Marcus Canty, Stereo Hogzz, Chris Rene
IMPOSSIBLE TO BE ON THE SHOWDOWN are: Melanie Amaro, Josh Krajcik, Stacy Francis, Rachel Crow, Drew Ryniewicz

The mentor for me who really did a good job this week would have to be Simon Coweel, he picked the right songs for the girls, and that will surely take them further in this competition.
